Introduction, Key Points, and FAQ

What is PCC1?

Procyanidin C1 (PCC1) is a natural polyphenol found within the procyanidin family, a group of dozens of compounds found most potently in grape seed, but also other plants (apples, cinnamon). Among the procyanidin molecules, PCC1 is the key compound that is extraordinarily effective at clearing senescent cells—often called "Zombie cells." These are toxic, aged, and damaged cells that secrete toxins that cause systemic inflammation and accelerate aging. Current literature points to PCC1 as being the most potent natural senolytic compound that is known to science.

The Lonvi PCC1 Difference: Potency + Absorption + Lower Cost

Standard grape seed or apple extracts typically contain large amounts of procyanidins, but only 0.1-0.6% PCC1. Furthermore, PCC1 is notoriously difficult for the body to absorb. Lonvi has pioneered an extraction method that concentrates active PCC1 up to 20% (30x the standard potency). Lonvi has also engineered a phytosomal shield that improves absorption by 6x–10x. The result? A single regimen of Lonvi PCC1 is the equivalent of consuming three metric tons of grapes, in PCC1 terms.

Additionally, Lonvi's new proprietary extraction method is both potent and economical, driving down the cost of PCC1 by over 95%. Using traditional extraction methods, the amount of PCC1 found in just one Lonvi box would cost more than USD 3,600.

PCC1 Effects on Humans and Longevity in Mice

In pre-clinical human studies, Lonvi PCC1 significantly reduced toxic inflammatory signals. Key biomarkers, including SASP factors (IL-6 and IL-8) and senescent markers (p21 and SA-β-gal), were lowered by 25–75%. These markers are the primary drivers of chronic systemic inflammation and biological aging. No other natural compound has demonstrated a comparable reduction in these inflammatory signals. Furthermore, groundbreaking research in mice showed that PCC1 extended the remaining lifespan of aged subjects by over 60%.

Strong Safety Profile

Unlike other synthetic or natural senolytics, PCC1 is a plant-derived polyphenol with an strong safety and tolerance profile. Research published in leading longevity journals indicates that PCC1 produces no toxicity in vital organs in animal models. Furthermore, animal studies have shown it may actually restore function in the brain, kidneys, intestines, and liver. Pre-clinical human studies indicate that Lonvi’s PCC1 high-potency formulation is remarkably well-tolerated, with participants reporting little to no negative side effects. As always, more studies are required to confirm these results.

Protocol for Administration (Directions For Use)

As always, when taking new supplements, we urge you to consult your healthcare professional.

Do not take if pregnant, nursing, or under 18 years of age. Keep out of reach of children.

Take 3 pills (1 sachet) each day for three consecutive days. It is recommended to take pills without food, and separate 3-4 hours from any large meal. If you don't tolerate polyphenols well, it is OK to take pills with a small carbohydrate snack (like crackers or crisps) or some fat (like a tablespoon of olive oil), but no protein.

Repeat this protocol once a month, or twice a month (once every two weeks) if you have significant chronic inflammation.

During the 3-day protocol, we recommend stopping all non-essential supplement at least 1 day before, specifically NAC, GSH, Alpha-Lipoic, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, CoQ10, and PQQ. Anti-oxidant supplements have a protective effect on cells, including protecting toxic senescent cells. The PCC1 will therefore not be able to remove the senescent cells.

Please consult your physician if you have a medical condition or are taking medication. If you are taking medication, please see our Application Guidelines PDF for full clinical drug interactions.

Our summary Pre-administration Checklist is as follows:

  1. Antioxidant Cessation: Stop NAC, GSH, High-dose Vit C, CoQ10, Vit E (≥ 24h).
  2. Statin Check: Confirm specific statin type. DO NOT TAKE PCC1, if on high-dose Atorvastatin, Simvastatin, or Lovastatin.
  3. Medication Screening: Confirm no use of Tacrolimus, Cyclosporine, Warfarin.
  4. Chemotherapy Status: No Bortezomib; not on infusion day.
  5. Nutrient Timing: Protein/FSMP separated by 4 hours.
  6. Hydration Plan: Daily high-volume water intake established.

Protocol for Blood Testing

We encourage all of our customers to do blood tests to prove the efficacy of Lonvi PCC1. If you are interested, please go this the testing protocol page for more information.
